SECURITY
All of Windsong's 40 acres are fully fenced and gated with keypad entry for the security of you and your horse. The public may visit the facility by appointment but for security reasons the property remains locked after hours.The property is patrolled by two Hungarian Kuvasz Dogs. Many feel these are the finest guard dog in the world with a two thousand year history of protecting livestock. As a result the property is essentially free of large wild animals, such as mountain lions, bears, coyotes and wolves. Wild dogs are soon discouraged. Only the occasional antelope leaps the perimeter fence. The dogs and cats serve a useful function in desensitizing the horses to animals and movement and are an essential part of training.
